and SAIL appears on your credit card billing statement.
Email us before disputing any charge so that we can be
of assistance with an issue you may have with the
charge! If you dispute any charge made by SAIL and
associated credit card processing company without
contacting us first and allowing us time to discuss it
with you and resolve the issue then you will pay all
associated fees with your associated dispute and pay a
15% restocking fee for products under $1,000.00 and $25%
on products over $1,000.00 and in addition to shipping.
If you dispute a charge it does not mean we will take
the item back or agree with the dispute. Once again you
must contact us before returning any items or when we
receive it we will mark return to sender and you will
receive the product(s) back. You have 30 days to return
any item that is in like new condition. Any returns in
less than new condition will not be accepted, and will
be returned to you at your expense. Once again contact
us before you return it.
To complete the order form online or within the catalog
specify order number (if applicable), quantity,
description (product name), color or size, and price.
Catalog prices are for cash (when SAIL representative is
present and gives you a receipt in person), check, or
credit card (Visa or MasterCard) payments by placing
your credit card information in the appropriate section.

Some items will ship immediately and others will ship as
soon as available or when a shipper is available. Boats
normally take more time secure a shipper and to get the
best possible shipping prices. Some of our products and
boats have established shippers and so no delays related
to locating a shipper will result unless the item is
back ordered. We work to get your product shipped as
fast as reasonably possible.
When you receive your package check the outside of the
box for signs of damage. With all shippers you must
check the product for damage before the shipping
representative leaves, so duck tape the shipper/person
to the door to make sure he/she does not leave until you
check your product(s)/package for damage otherwise you
may have to keep a damaged product. Regardless of who
delivers your product, if it is damaged or has missing
parts, contact your carrier immediately to file a damage
claim. You must retain all packaging material for the
carrier’s inspection. Some times we drop-ship orders
directly from the manufacturer, which helps the customer

Also all Hobie Mirage drive system and cycles have 60
day free tune up from the date of purchase. To receive
this service you must bring the cycle to our store. Free
tune ups apply to just 3 general areas of servicing - 1)
gear adjustment, 2) cable tightening, 3) chain cleaning.
All other services are subject to a charge, such as
parts replacement (new parts), major overhauls, new
items purchased for the cycle and so on. Defective parts
will be determined by the manufacture of item(s).

All you need to do to get your money back is return the
product to us in its original condition with all the

must be ordered are subject to a 18% restocking fee &
$28% restocking fee for orders over $2,000.00.

GENERAL ORDERING INFORMATION
1) First indicate the product(s) exact name(s)
that you want with accompanying order(s) number if
applicable.
2) Then indicate how many of each items you want, cost,
and color or style (if applicable) of each item.
3) Shipping will be indicated at time of order and/or
shipping is indicated with the product on the website.
Sometimes the shipping is included in the price as
indicated on the website, regardless we will confirm one

4) Supply the address the product is to be shipped to
with name of person receiving it.
5) There is no sales tax on out of Idaho orders.

3) Supply 4 digit Security number on back of Credit Card
(if you have one). There is a row of numbers on the back
of your card and the last 4 digits of the sequence of
numbers is the 4 digit number we need, or you may just
have a lone 4 digit number sequence.
5) Indicate expiration date.
6) Supply name of person on card and billing.
7) Indicate billing address of Credit Card used for this
order(s).
8) Indicate the address you want the order shipped to.
9) There is no sales tax on out of Idaho orders.

2) Confirm your order: Once we receive your order
with payment (with item #/product name, specifications,
and price with shipping) your product(s) will be shipped
and you will receive an invoice with the shipment as

confirmation of your order you can indicate this via
email and then we will confirm your order via
email. Remember your product must be paid in full with
shipping, and tax if applicable before it is shipped.
3) Send a check or money order to the following
address: ALL CHECKS MUST CLEAR BEFORE ORDERS CAN BE

4) After 1-3 is accomplished your product will be
shipped or delivered. If you pay by credit card, charges
will appear on your credit card statements as charged by
